My approach to food safety is to “keep it simple”. I take pride in designing strategies that are simple, straightforward, and devoid of unnecessary complexity. I love to help people understand food safety and food regulations by drawing connections between the material and real-life examples, experiences, or stories. It is my passion to impart the “why” behind a particular regulatory requirement or documentation requirement. I enter every project with an open mind and one overarching goal—to provide the best customer service the client has ever experienced! I treat my clients like family.
